F.T.S Kids workouts are specifically designed to recognize the needs of our developing children. Modeled after the adult program, the Kids class recognizes that children have specific needs. The program is skills based and focuses on the establishment of functional movement that will carry over to all endeavors throughout life. The ten general skills of fitness are included in each workout (Cardio/respiratory endurance, strength, flexibility, stamina, speed, power, balance, coordination, accuracy, and agility). Topics such as rest, nutrition, and exercise are discussed in an enviroment where exercise is seen as sport and fun, not a form of punishment or something to be feared.
All of our Kids Trainers are CrossFit Level I certified and/or CrossFit Kids certified and have gone through background checks to ensure the highest standards for the education, training and safety of your child.
